• The organization facilitates to empower relatively deprived people to fight against all sorts of exploitation, deprivation, discrimination and injustice.
• The organization creates alternative and innovative service models that influence others.
• Committed to protecting nature for the sake of future generations.

Transparency:

• Any member of the organization and representative of donor agencies can ask for the audit report & books of accounts. The account statement is published in the annual report and discussed in the annual general meeting. All financial transactions are made through a democratic way.
• The General member of the organization has selected the board of directors through filing the nomination paper and finalizing it collectively. The Executive committee is selected/elected every three years. 40%-50% of total executive members are selected/elected newly in every three years.
• The policies and strategies are formulated and developed respectively by the management in collaboration with the coordinators and staff. The policies are approved by the annual general meeting.
• All levels of staff & selected targeted beneficiaries are taken part in formulation of program planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation process.
